Folders My Folders List "My Folder List" displays a detailed list of your folders. The details displayed in the list include the name of each folder, the number of emails in each folder and the size of each folder. At the bottom of the list you will also receive a summary stating the total numbers of emails you have and the total size of all folders. By monitoring the total size of your folders you can see if you are approaching the size limit of your account. NOTE: your account might be full before your folders reach the account size quota because other information, apart from just your emails, regarding your account is stored! By clicking on the name of a folder in the list, you will automatically jump to that folder in your Homebox. « Back Folders Add a Folder To add a folder to your folder list: 1. type in the name of the folder in the "Name:" field NOTE: folder name cannot begin with a period (.) 2. click on: "Add Folder!" « Back Folders Rename a Folder To rename a folder from your folder list: 1. locate the drop down box with the list of folder names and click on the arrow pointing downwards to see the whole list 2. point your mouse over the folder you want to rename and click once [the folder name should now appear highlighted in the box] 3. enter the new folder name in the field next to the list of folders 4. click on: "Rename Folder!" Note: The folders: Inbox, Drafts, Trash and Sent Items cannot be renamed or deleted! « Back Folders Delete a Folder To permanently delete a folder from your folder list: 1. locate the drop down box with your list of folders and click on the arrow pointing downwards to open up your list of folders 2. point your mouse over the folder you want to delete and click once [the folder name should now appear highlighted in the box] 3. click on: "Delete Folder!" WARNING! Deleting a folder will also permanently erase all of the emails inside of the folder! Note: The folders: Inbox, Drafts, Trash and Sent Items cannot be deleted or renamed! « Back
